Status
Interim — published while under review by outside counsel.

1. Who We Are and What This Notice Covers

1.1 Beacon Bridge Partners LLC ("BBP," "we," "us") is a Florida commercial capital advisory firm. This Privacy Notice describes how we collect, use, share, and retain personal information in connection with our website (beaconbridge.consulting), our application and intake forms, our secure Client Portal, and The Bridge Network referral program.

1.2 It applies to website visitors; persons who submit an application or inquiry; clients and their principals; Referral Associates and applicants to the program; and persons introduced to us by a Referral Associate.

1.3 This Notice is incorporated by reference into the Client Portal Terms and Conditions. Where this Notice and those Terms conflict on a matter of personal data, this Notice controls.

2. Information You Provide to Us

2.1 Applications and inquiries. When you submit our application or inquiry forms, we collect the information you enter, including: your name and contact details (email, phone); the business’s name and the state in which it operates; the amount of capital sought and the purpose of the financing (including whether the purpose is commercial or relates to a 1–4 unit residential property); and the descriptive information you choose to provide about the business and its situation.

2.2 Client engagement and documents. If you engage us, we collect the information reasonably necessary to perform the engagement, including the full contents of documents you upload to the secure Client Portal or send to us directly — for example, financial statements, tax returns, bank statements, entity records, and transaction documents. Document contents may include personal identifiers of the business’s principals.

2.3 Referral Associate applications and contracting. Applicants to The Bridge Network provide their name, contact details, state of residence, and the acknowledgments required by the application. Associates contracting through a business entity additionally provide the entity’s details, EIN, and certificate of insurance. Associates also provide annual re-attestations of two facts: current state of residence and current affiliation, if any, with a depository institution.

2.4 Acceptance and attestation records. When you accept terms, sign electronically, submit an attestation, or confirm a required statement, we record the acceptance together with the date and time, your IP address, and your browser user-agent string. These records are part of our books and records; see Section 8.2 for how long we keep them.

3. Information Collected Automatically

3.1 When you use our website, we and our service providers automatically collect device and usage information: IP address, browser type and user-agent, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring pages, and timestamps.

3.2 We use Google services — Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Google Ads conversion tracking — which set cookies and similar technologies and receive usage data when pages load. This includes measurement of visits that originate from our advertising.

4. Information About You Provided by Someone Else

4.1 If a Referral Associate introduces you to us, we receive your name, contact details, the state of your business, the approximate amount and purpose you are said to be seeking, and a short description — before you have spoken with us. The Associate is contractually required to obtain your express consent before submitting the introduction, and to record the date you gave it; we record that date, and the date we received the submission, with the introduction.

4.2 Our first contact with you follows such an introduction. If you did not agree to be introduced, tell us at advisory@beaconbridge.consulting and we will pause contact and review the introduction.

5. How We Use Information

5.1 We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party behavioral advertising beyond the measurement described in Section 3.2.

6. Who Receives Information

We share personal information only as described here:

RecipientWhat and why
SupabaseOur database, authentication, and secure storage provider. Holds application data, portal accounts, introductions, acceptance records, and uploaded documents.
CloudflareOur web infrastructure (site hosting and application services). Processes traffic, form submissions, and related metadata in transit.
ResendOur transactional email provider. Receives names, email addresses, and message content necessary to send notices.
GoogleAnalytics and advertising measurement as described in Section 3.2. Receives device and usage data via cookies and tags.
Lenders and capital providersWhen your engagement reaches the stage of presenting your request to lenders, we transmit your information and documents to them for that purpose. See Section 7.
Professional advisers and authoritiesOur own counsel, accountants, and insurers as needed; and authorities where the law requires disclosure.
AI screening provider (currently inactive)See Section 9. No document contents are sent to any AI provider today.

7. When Your Information Reaches a Lender

7.1 Once we transmit your information or documents to a lender or capital provider in the course of your engagement, that recipient’s own privacy practices and legal obligations govern its handling of what it receives, as the Portal Terms provide (§16.5). We choose recipients for legitimate placement purposes, but we do not control their systems and this Notice does not apply to them.

8. Retention

8.1 General rule. We retain personal information for as long as needed for the purposes above: the life of the engagement or program relationship, plus the period required for legal, regulatory, tax, and defense purposes.

8.2 Acceptance and attestation records. Records of acceptances, electronic signatures, attestations, and related audit entries — including the IP address and user-agent captured with them — are maintained append-only and are retained even after your account is closed or other information about you is deleted. These records exist to prove what was agreed and attested, by whom, and when; deleting them would defeat their purpose. This retention is required by the Portal Terms (§24.2) and survives any deletion request under Section 10.

9. Automated Screening and AI

9.1 What we do today. We may use automated tools to check submissions for completeness, internal consistency, and indicators of fraud or data-quality problems. These tools only flag items for human review. No automated system makes any decision about you, your eligibility, your application, or the authenticity of any person.

9.2 Document readiness screening. Our systems include a capability, not currently active, to submit the contents of documents you upload to a third-party AI provider (such as OpenAI) solely to check the document set for completeness and readability — for example, missing pages, unreadable scans, or gaps against a checklist — with the results reviewed by a person. If and when this capability is activated: document contents would be transmitted to that provider for this purpose only; the provider would act as our service provider under contract; and no underwriting, approval, eligibility, or authenticity decision would be automated. We will update this Notice’s list of providers if the provider changes.

10. Your Choices and Rights

10.1 You may review your information in the Client Portal, and request access or correction by writing to advisory@beaconbridge.consulting. You may ask us to delete personal information we hold about you; we will honor the request except for (a) the acceptance and attestation records described in Section 8.2, which are retained append-only, and (b) information we must keep to comply with law, complete an engagement you have not terminated, or establish or defend legal claims.

10.2 You can limit cookie-based measurement through your browser settings and, where offered, Google’s own opt-out tools. Transactional messages necessary to an active engagement or program relationship cannot be opted out of while the relationship continues.

11. Security

11.1 We use role-based access controls, encrypted transmission, and a secure portal for documents, and we restrict document flow so that client documents travel only between you and us — never through Referral Associates. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affecting your information occurs, we will notify you as required by law.

12. Children

12.1 Our services are directed to businesses and their adult principals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

13. Changes to This Notice

13.1 We may update this Notice. The current version is always at beaconbridge.consulting/privacy with its effective date. For material changes affecting information we already hold, we will provide notice through the Portal or by email before the change takes effect.

14. Contact

14.1 Privacy questions, requests, and complaints: advisory@beaconbridge.consulting, or by mail to Beacon Bridge Partners LLC, Bradenton, Florida. This is the channel designated by the Portal Terms (§21.3).
