The Bridge Network

Refer commercial capital opportunities as an independent contractor

Beacon Bridge Partners works with professionals who encounter business owners in need of capital and want a disciplined place to send them. You make the introduction. We do the advisory work.

Open in three states

The programme currently accepts Referral Associates who reside in Florida, Texas and North Carolina. If you live elsewhere, we are not able to accept an application yet.

How it works

One role, two engagement structures

There is one role: Referral Associate. It can be contracted in either of two structures. Beacon Bridge Partners pays a flat referral fee per signed client engagement, released after the client’s first payment and paid within 15 days.

Neither structure sits above the other. Qualified Entity simply describes a different contracting party — your business entity rather than you personally — and it becomes available once that entity has been verified. Changing structure means signing a new agreement, nothing more.

Individual Engagement

$250

You are engaged in your own name as an independent contractor. This is the standard structure.

Entry requirements

  • Reside in Florida, Texas or North Carolina
  • Engaged as an independent contractor
  • Complete the Referral Associate Learning Center
  • Sign the referral agreement

Qualified Entity Engagement

$400

You are engaged through your own business entity. Available only once that entity's EIN and certificate of insurance have been verified.

Entry requirements

  • Reside in Florida, Texas or North Carolina
  • Engaged as an independent contractor
  • Complete the Referral Associate Learning Center
  • Sign the referral agreement
  • Verified EIN for the entity
  • Verified certificate of insurance for the entity

Most members should expect modest income. The fee is per signed client engagement, and how many engagements a member sees is not something Beacon Bridge Partners predicts or promises. No level of income is represented.

If you work for a bank or a credit union

Applications from bank and credit-union personnel are routed to an institutional track. That track carries no referral fee, and no fee is paid on any introduction made through it.

The boundary

What you do, and what we handle

What you do

  • Identify people and businesses that may need capital
  • Start a professional conversation and confirm genuine interest
  • Obtain permission before making an introduction
  • Submit the referral through the secure portal
  • Follow the progress of your referrals

What Beacon Bridge Partners handles directly

  • All client documents and sensitive information
  • Credit and financing analysis
  • Capital strategy and lender selection
  • Any discussion of rates, terms, structure or eligibility
  • Advisory recommendations and transaction execution

Client documents never pass through a Referral Associate. They go through the secure Client Portal, or directly to Beacon Bridge Partners when expressly requested.

After you apply

Every step is decided by a person

  1. 1A person at Beacon Bridge Partners reads your application. Nothing is scored, ranked or decided automatically.
  2. 2If approved, you receive the referral agreement to read and sign electronically.
  3. 3After signing, you complete payment setup so a fee can reach you.
  4. 4You then complete the Referral Associate Learning Center.
  5. 5A second review confirms everything is in place, and only then is portal access released.

1 · State of residence

The programme is open to residents of Florida, Texas and North Carolina.

Referral Associates of Beacon Bridge Partners are independent contractors, engaged under a written referral agreement. Beacon Bridge Partners does not engage them as personnel, does not pay a fixed amount, does not provide benefits, and does not withhold taxes. Compensation is limited to a flat referral fee per signed client engagement, released after the client’s first payment and paid within 15 days. Most members should expect modest income, and no level of income is represented or promised.

Participation is currently limited to residents of Florida, Texas and North Carolina. Applications from bank and credit-union personnel are routed to a non-compensated institutional track. Referral Associates do not request, receive, review, store or forward client documents, do not provide financial advice, and do not represent that any financing will be approved or offered on any particular terms.

Beacon Bridge Partners LLC is an independent capital advisory practice. We are not a lender and do not make credit decisions.
