Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Representative, you will identify and qualify capital opportunities within your network — business owners, commercial brokers, CPAs, and attorneys who need financing guidance. You will conduct initial conversations, gather key information, and hand off qualified opportunities to our advisory team.

This is a remote, self-directed role. You set your own hours and work from anywhere.

Compensation

How compensation works

This is a commission-based position — there is no salary, no cost to apply, no cost to train, and no cost to start. You earn 2% of the revenue Beacon Bridge Partners actually receives on any deal you originate or materially participate in, with no cap.

Full training is provided at no cost. You are not required to form a company or LLC — you work as an independent contractor.
